Our house was built several years ago, and this was the first time we have had our septic tank cleaned. Since I am not very familiar with the septic tank’s operation, I had several questions and they answered them in easy-to-understand language. They located the tank very quickly and completed the job very efficiently. They put in new bacteria to “restart” the tank’s bacterial action on our waste.
